Profile - Tom McAtee

Tom is an internationally experienced HR generalist with broad-based commercial and multi-country organisation development experience. Tom's innovative ideas, intellectual curiosity, energy and commercial flair have helped drive globally a broad range of related HR initiatives. Tom is a systems-thinking, proactive, robust and results-driven individual with nearly 30 years experience in HR/OD work.

Tom is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute, recognised by his peers as a member of the National Judging Panel for the AHRI "Excellence in People Management" Awards and recognised internationally by the Corporate Leadership Council for his work in executive transition management.
